This website offers visitors personalized bespoke party themes which are customized, produced and delivered to you in the United Arab Emirates. Please read these terms carefully before you submit your order via the site. By accessing or using the website, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms with immediate effect.

In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive products if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.

 

Key Commercial Terms

1. Each product in your order is sold by us.

2. Our acceptance of your order will take place after payment, when we notify you of our acceptance in writing (e.g. by email or mobile messaging). If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this in writing or through a call and we will not charge you for the product.

3. When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

4. The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. 5. Without any prior approval, mylovelypartybox.com reserves the right to change & cancel product availability, and prices. We also have the right to modify or discontinue our online shopping services without informing anyone. Mylovelypartybox.com shall not be answerable to you or to any 3rd party for the discontinuance of online shopping services, & any modification, prices & or suspension of products.

6. By placing an order, you authorize us or our third-party payment processer to process your credit/debit card details for the amount of your order. You are responsible for any other charges associate with your bank such as possible transaction fees. We accept online payment by credit/debit card.

7. In order to authorize credit/debit card payments, we may be required to create an account for you with our third-party payment processors, including accepting their standard terms and conditions and submitting your details to them on your behalf. You hereby authorize us to do so and we shall not be liable to you for any damage or loss you may incur as a result.

Order Cancellation

1. Due to the nature of our business, we are unable to cancel your order after you have placed it. However, if there is an issue with your order, you can contact us immediately by phone or email and we will try and rectify the issue as best we can. Kindly add the order number so that we can change your order. 

2. Mylovelypartybox.com reserves the right to cancel an order(s) for any reason. The common reasons may be your product are out of order or not available in our stock, any pricing errors, item delivery problems, or some uncontrollable circumstances. Our responsive customer support staff will inform you accordingly.

 

Return and refund policy

Non-returnable Products. You do not have a right to return, replace or exchange products in respect of:

1. printed items, our personalized items are printed based on the information we receive from you. Once an item has been printed, we cannot amend or return the item. In this instance the item will be non-refundable. We strongly suggest you check and double check all information when you place your order to avoid disappointment. 

2. products that are classified as hazardous materials or use flammable liquids or gases;

3. products that have been used or damaged by you or are not in the same condition as you received them;

 

If your order has been damaged, please contact us with photographic evidence within 24 hours of receiving your party box. In this instance we will endeavor to replace the damaged items.

We will issue a refund to you depending on the method you used for payment, as follows:

1. if you paid by cash on delivery, we will issue a refund to your wallet

2. if you paid by credit/debit card, you can choose to have a refund by credit/debit card or to your wallet.
